The ULTRABARN TWINBARN is a revolutionary new concept in housing! The
TWINBARN is two barns in one, and combines the excellent sunshine, airflow, and
lighting qualities of all the ULTRABARN products with unprecedented flexibility and
lower cost.

4 Row

The ULTRABARN 4-row TWINBARN provides minimum cost with 2 feet of feed manger per cow, a feature required for maximum producing herds. Winter and summer environment is maximized for cow comfort with both the blown cover on the long roof and polycarbonate on the short roof made of white shading material. Side wall and ridge roll-ups provide controlled natural air movement.
The open center design provides for easy modular expansion. Two side-by-side structures simplify construction and minimize costs. The 4-row design maximizes feeding space. Cleaning is easy with a skid-steer, tractor, or automatic scraper. Barn size is developed around 8 ft. sectional concepts - usually with 2 cows per row.
Dairymen with expanding operations can develop TWINBARNS or build one side with plans to add the second side in a year or two. It's wide, it's flexible, it's lower cost, and it is a better cow home!

6 Row

The ULTRABARN 6-row TWINBARN maximizes cow density, provides excellent environment, and yields hours and hours of free light, a necessary condition for top feed utilization and production.
Unique design provides the drive-through feed alley for free, except for investment in the concrete floor. The split barn, adjustable side and peak vents provide natural ventilation without high-powered fans. White pigmented double poly and corrugated polycarbonate covers hold back just the right amount of light and heat, a feature unmatched with any other covering. It's warmer in the winter (+10 to 15 degrees), and cooler in the summer (10 to 15 degrees, like in the shade). Stall beds are warmer and alleys seldom freeze and thaw quickly in colder areas.
